Regent Seven Seas Prestige Solmar Terrace Introduced Ahead of December Debut

Regent Seven Seas Cruises announced Regent Seven Seas Prestige Solmar Terrace as its newest al fresco daytime venue. Set to debut aboard the ultra-luxury ship this December, it joins a newly revealed Mediterranean menu for specialty restaurant Azure and enhanced recipes at Prime 7, expanding Regent’s all-inclusive culinary lineup.

Located aft of Compass Rose on Deck 5, the Seven Seas Prestige Solmar Terrace will operate daily from 12.00 pm to 6.00 pm, serving a menu of sushi, mezze starters, tapas and small yakitori plates alongside the sweeping ocean views.

Along with Seven Seas Prestige Solmar Terrace, guests will be experiencing Azure, which draws flavors from Northern Africa, Southern Europe, and the Middle East with dishes like Duck Leg Confit, Croquetas di Carne, and Gambas al Ajillo.

Meanwhile, Regent’s signature Prime 7, the popular steakhouse, will feature the transformed recipes, including Lobster Thermidor, House-Smoked Baby Back Ribs, and a 14-Layer Chocolate Mousse Cake.
