Four Seasons Yachts Brings Lanserhof Longevity Reset to the Atlantic

For travellers who think a cruise should leave them feeling refreshed rather than ready for another holiday, Four Seasons Yachts is testing a rather different idea: spend eight days crossing the Atlantic with longevity and preventive wellness at the centre of the journey.
Four Seasons Yachts has introduced The Lanserhof Reset, a new wellness residency created with Lanserhof, the Austrian-founded medical wellness group. The program will take place aboard Four Seasons I during its inaugural transatlantic crossing from November 8 to 16, 2026, as the yacht moves from its Mediterranean season toward the Caribbean. It also marks the first time the Lanserhof Concept will sail.
A Transatlantic Crossing Built Around Wellness
The sailing will depart from Las Palmas, Gran Canaria, call at Santa Cruz de la Palma on November 9, spend November 10 to 15 at sea and arrive in Philipsburg, Sint Maarten, on November 16. In other words, the ocean days are not simply time between ports; they are the main stage for the wellness program.
The eight-day experience begins with a consultation at Four Seasons I‘s medical centre. Depending on the program selected, guests can take part in one-on-one consultations, craniosacral alignment, fitness and breathwork sessions, sound baths and nutritional guidance. Lanserhof’s Energy Cuisine philosophy will also feature, including a daily chlorophyll morning drink.
Ben Trodd, CEO of Marc-Henry Cruise Holdings Ltd., said the partnership reflects Four Seasons’ intention to give guests more personalised experiences at sea.
“The Lanserhof Reset reflects that vision, giving guests the opportunity to dedicate uninterrupted time to their wellbeing while at sea. Through personalized programming and expert guidance, we are creating an experience that is deeply restorative, highly individual, and uniquely Four Seasons.”
What Guests Get From the Lanserhof Reset
There is an important distinction between the general wellness offering and the more intensive personalized program.
Daily Lanserhof lectures and Q&As, group wellness and fitness sessions, the chlorophyll morning drink and access to Lanserhof experts during designated hours are included for all guests.
The paid program begins with a 60-minute physician consultation and includes individualized nutrition and fitness recommendations, holistic and aesthetic wellness treatments, follow-up guidance where appropriate and a final protocol intended to help guests continue the recommendations after the voyage.
The experience sits alongside Four Seasons I‘s existing L’Oceana Spa, which includes a hammam and thermal circuit, plus cryotherapy, infrared therapy, hydrotherapy, and advanced recovery treatments.
Luxury Cruising Takes a Wellness Turn
The move arrives as luxury cruising increasingly focuses on more personalized experiences. Canadian travellers following that trend may recall MSC Yacht Club’s restaurant upgrades for 2026, which emphasise elevating the dining experience in a more exclusive cruise setting.
Small-ship cruising is also attracting attention among travellers looking for more destination-focused journeys. Tauck’s 2027 small-ship cruises include Baltic and Mediterranean itineraries designed around smaller vessels and immersive experiences.
For now, The Lanserhof Reset is a single November experience, and Vogue reports that no additional Lanserhof retreats are currently on the books. That makes this inaugural crossing one to watch. If travellers embrace the idea of turning uninterrupted days at sea into a structured longevity retreat, Four Seasons may have found a compelling new way to make time itself part of the luxury.
