Venture up to Bisha Hotel’s 44th floor and arrive at Kōst, its signature rooftop restaurant that overlooks an impressive infinity pool complemented by artsy, tropical vibes. The menu is fresh and aromatic with flavourful cocktails, inspired by California and Mexico’s coastal culture. And with unobstructed views of the CN Tower, it’s the spot to level up your Instagram grid. Update: Kōst is currently open with new safety protocols.

The Beverley Toronto’s Carlotta (335 QUEEN ST. W.)
The Beverley Toronto’s revival of Carlotta snack bar, a cozy Mexican-style rooftop patio, immediately grabs your attention with dreamy lighting, minimalist decor and a Latin touch. Headed by Executive Chef Vittorio Colacitti, the menu includes authentic Mexican street eats and a Tequila selection that won’t disappoint. The cocktails are muy deliciosos as well. This rooftop oasis is decked out from floor to ceiling, with vibrant murals and funky light fixtures—even the pillows are on point as every detail is accounted for. It’s one of Toronto’s most popular brunch spots, with good reason! The Sky Yard is currently open, with safety protocols in place.

Treat yourself to this feast for the eyes, palate and soul. Currently, The Rooftop Bar is accepting reservations for outdoor seating as stated in The Broadview Hotel’s health and safety guide.

Better late than never at Hotel X’s Falcon SkyBar, where you’ll tower over Lake Ontario’s wavy waterfront and Toronto’s glittering skyline! If you love variety, you’ll love this luxury hotel’s three-level rooftop bar with ample views and a wide-ranging drink menu to match. The SkyBar is currently open with new safety protocols in place.

Delta Hotel Toronto’s The Roof at SOCO (75 LOWER SIMCOE ST.)
Plan a relaxed rendezvous of casual eats and drinks at SOCO Kitchen + Bar’s The Roof, found atop Delta Hotel Toronto. Extremely well located in the downtown core (attached to Union Station), it’s easy to get to and even easier to unwind at. This rooftop bar comes with cozy seating, a laid-back vibe and gorgeous CN Tower views. Note: The Roof at SOCO Kitchen + Bar is temporarily closed due to COVID-19, but their street-level patio is open in the meantime.
