Forbes.com – On the assumption that the COVID-19 vaccine will continue to be administered to the population’s most vulnerable, and that it will become more widely-available in the months to come, Hawaii’s Lieutenant Governor Josh Green released a memo this week that is bringing hope to many within the state’s tourism industry.
Eventually, vaccinated travelers from the mainland would be able to skip the pre-arrival testing program – perhaps in April or May.
