The experience is complete with a three-course dinner with Champagne pairing menu, featuring Veuve Clicquot Rich, Rose and Brut Yellow Label Champagnes.

Guests are welcomed to an alluring and cozy retreat in the city in a luxurious suite that evokes indulgence and comfort with fir trees, icy hues, faux fur and hints of the traditional Veuve Clicquot yellow. Adding to the ambiance, the suite features its signature wicker chair, hung elegantly from the ceiling, vintage winter skates, snowshoes, skis and much more.

The suite also features a large private terrace decked with fir trees, festive lights and a Veuve Clicquot bistro table, all complimented with scenic views of the city and the iconic CN Tower.

The experience includes a unique in-suite dining experience featuring a seasonal prix fixe menu paired with Veuve Clicquot Champagne. Guests can indulge in the perfect seasonal menu with delectable dishes including sunflower risotto with Riesling-cured foie gras, pickled apples and chives, as well as roasted Fogo Island turbot with roasted onions, broccolini and wild mushrooms in a champagne butter sauce.

The meal ends on a sweet note featuring a citrus dome with yuzu and Champagne sorbet.
