Report: US Border to Open November 8; Will Mixed Doses be Accepted?

CTV News – The White House is expected to announce today the US land border will open to fully vaccinated travellers Canada November 8 – though there is no word on whether or not mixed doses will be accepted.
CTV News is reporting The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention is currently working on the operational details, but what still not clear is whether people who received doses of two different vaccines.
