Sheraton Hotels Get a Substantial Refresh

In tandem with flagship Sheraton Hotels across the globe, several Canadian Sheraton properties have gone through extensive renovations and are ready for their big reveal. Sheraton Centre Toronto has completed the first phase of its transformation reflecting the brand’s reinvention journey while Le Centre Sheraton Montréal and Sheraton Gateway Hotel in Toronto International Airport are also undergoing renovations and will be beacons of the iconic brand’s new vision by the end of 2022.

Drawing on its roots as a community hub for locals and guests, the evolution of Sheraton creates a holistic hotel experience featuring intuitive design, tech-forward experiences, and upgrades to everything from public space and F&B to flexible meeting space. 

These select Sheraton Hotels  in Canada will reflect the signature elements at the heart of the new Sheraton vision including a new lobby experience that has been re-imagined as the “Public Square” of the hotel including a Community Table; an inviting, purpose-built workspace anchoring the hotel lobby where guests can work, eat, and drink while soaking up the energy of the space.  The new lobby experience will also include dedicated Studio workspaces on raised platforms enclosed in soundproof glass. Furthermore, guests will enjoy Sheraton’s new elevated food & beverage philosophy which is another focal point of the lobby combining a bar, coffee bar, and market with food & beverage options that are locally-sourced and customizable to accommodate all tastes and time schedules. 

Sheraton Centre Toronto Hotel now exemplifies the brand refresh following the first closure in its nearly 50-year history for renovations. The hotel’s transformation includes a full re-imagining of the hotel’s porte cochère, as well as the brand’s new signature touches to its lobby, pool deck, and 43rdfloor Sheraton Club. The hotel now offers Sheraton’s new lobby-level collaboration studios and soundproof booths as well as its upgraded food and beverage program. Now open, the picturesque new Sheraton Club marks the completion of the first phase – and a new chapter for the hotel with stunning panoramic views of downtown Toronto and club level amenities including complimentary breakfast, refreshments, and evening hors d’oeuvres. 

Le Centre Sheraton Montréal will be offering its new Sheraton Club Lounge experience as of Spring 2022. The hotel’s club lounge is one of the biggest hotel lounges in all of Montreal and its even better following a complete reimagining and renovation. Located on the 37th floor of the hotel, the Sheraton Club Lounge will allow guests to experience Montreal from a higher level and offer them a unique and stylish place to gather and connect. 

Likewise, Sheraton Gateway Hotel in Toronto International Airport now offers its newly renovated Club Lounge located in the main lobby with elevated food and beverage, along with an exclusive bar in the evenings, for a more private dining experience.
