LOUIX LOUIS’ decadent, Valentine’s Day Three-Course Prix Fixe Dinner Menu offers a showstopping celebration of love replete with the most romantic views of downtown Toronto’s glittering skyline from its 31st floor location. Available exclusively on Tuesday, February 14th, the fine dining menu features a standout selection of starters including Foie Gras, Oysters & Beetroot or Cream of Butternut Squash while mains include Dover Sole Meuniere, Steak & Lobster, or Braised Mushroom Pappardelle. Starters and main features are complimented by a Tuna and Caviar Churro amuse-bouche, as well as a choice of Fondant au Chocolat or Raspberry Red Velvet desserts. Dinner can be booked directly via the OpenTable app for $265 CAD per person + tax.
Returning this year, The St. Regis Toronto’s super-luxe Smashing Chocolate Heart, is available from February 1 through 14th for $65. This elegant gift can be pre-ordered through the LOUIX LOUIS website and picked up at the hotel.
Created by the hotel’s talented in-house Pastry Chef, Gerald Tan, this gluten-free heart is designed to be smashed open with a mallet. Sure to open more than one’s heart, guests will be delighted to find delicious dark chocolate bonbons with chambord ganache, and zephyr white chocolate with mimosa ganache inside. All Smashing Chocolate Hearts include mendiants consisting of white chocolate with bee pollen, caramelia milk chocolate with cashews, raspberries, and strawberry pate de fruit.
Valentine’s Afternoon Tea Ritual
Celebrate love and friendship with the St. Regis Toronto’s limited edition Afternoon Tea Ritual. Gather loved ones and cherished business associates and enjoy the hotel’s new sweet and savoury menu including Vanilla Bean Scones, Duet of Foie Gras, Sea Urchin Custard, Confit of Rabbit, Japanese Wagyu Beef, Champagne & Kumquat Tart, Cherry & Pistachio Torte, Raspberry & Rose Tart, Cassis Profiterole, Strawberry Inspiration Verrine, and Gianduja Chocolate Marquis, all offered alongside an impeccable selection of fine teas including some of the world’s rarest Pu’er from China.
